Horrible keeps shutting down.
Worst airline app! Have to uninstall and reinstall everyday just to get updates, boarding pass and make changes. Constantly says theres an error try later.

Easy to use
Crashes everytime I try to login. I enter my email and password, select login, and it instantly crashes. Pixel 3. No issues with other apps so suspect frontier app. Can't use for flight.
Very confusing. Constant "upselling". Gave up and went to another airline. Use Southwest instead. No hassle, no upsell, competitive, free luggage. App just works with no glitches. Go Southwest!!!
Terrible airline.charged us $77 to cancel trip due to my husband's stroke.gave doctor letter that said he should not fly.
I couldn't check in but when I sent the email to someone else it opened right up and they could check me. How stupid is that.
